I have utilized Remote Personnel for casual staff for the past 13 and a half years now here at Moolart Well Camp. I have a variety of workers for the different areas of the camp, they include and have included Chefs, Kitchen/dining attendants,
Utilities for camp and mine site cleaning. A majority of the workforce that I have utilized over the years have eventually come on as permanent workers for me due to their willingness and work ethic which has also been in agreeance by Remote
Management. These people have come from all walks of life and I have been able to have long term employment from them. I have always had a good repour with the Manager Chris Watson and also Operations/Office Manager Gillian Esau. Over the
years whenever I have required a casual worker, I have been able to contact Remote management any time of the day or night and ask for a replacement worker, I also email a request through for a person who I am requiring for a certain job and
are given resumes to check over from a variety of personnel who can do the job and I am able to choose whom I feel would be suitable then book for the appropriate amount of time I would require them. COVID 19 changed a lot of the structure
that I had in place at the camp and we were able to utilize a number of other staff from Remote for long term work and some of these people still come and go pending on my workers leave entitlements coming into the equation of rosters. I would
recommend this company as in finding good staff whether they be casual or go onto full time employment with you.
